"Unpleasant Excitement", a two-in-one play and fashion show production was advertised in the "Today in Church Magazine" in St. Louis, Missouri. This was the very first time my work was introduced to the public by way of a magazine.

Fox 2 News captured a photo of Ronda and me flexing our appearance in the "Today in Church Magazine." Imagine that!

Wow, this was the first article ever written on me. The interview took place during rehearsal for my play called "Unpleasant Excitement". There are other articles floating around out there and I hope to find and share later, but relocating has caused me to misplace them. We were actively in rehearsal when Jason Bailey, a Staff Writer for the St. Louis Argus Newspaper walked in to interview me. As a new playwright, I was blown away. Since I did not know he was coming I was not prepared to take a picture so we got this mugshot instead (lol). The article has a couple tiny errors and he forgot to mention my mother - nonetheless, I felt honored to have this experience. Overall, I was more than grateful for the recognition of my work.
